About Call Centre Coaching:
Call Centre Coaching is all about one-on-one personal development. It aims to identify the areas of improvement of the call centre agent or leader and focus learning and coaching on developing these areas. Call centre leaders and agents have the opportunity to engage in a deep and solid conversation around personal struggles and challenges that prevents them from achieving their utmost best in their work.
The call centre coach conducts an assessment on the leader or agent to identify where focal development points are and use that to build the competency development list for the coaching. Results are visible within the first coaching session and with just four sessions the call centre agent and leader will display more skill and confidence in their work.
